Take a short drive down FM 2759 towards Booth and turn left onto Agnes Rd. Where Agnes Road dead ends, you'll find an unsuspecting restaurant & meat market called The Flying Cow. This place is owned by a family who also raise Tajima Wagyu cattle on the surrounding land.  Turns out this family has continued the legacy of Musashi “Mike” Oda, who had a dream to bring traditional Japanese Wagyu to the United States.
