Cinco de Mayo is coming up this Sunday. No, it's not Mexican Independence Day - that's September 16th. Cinco de Mayo actually celebrates a symbolic Mexican win against the French at the Battle of Pueblo. We recently learned that it was a Texas-born general - Ignacio Zaragosa - who lead the Mexican military to this crucial victory. Don't Mess With Texas!
