Learn to taste coffee like a professional with resident Roastmaster, Bryan Hibbard of Fort Bend Coffee Roasters. In this 90 minute workshop, Bryan will lead you through a modified version of the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) coffee cupping. Expect to increase your general coffee knowledge, become familiar with the flavor and aroma attributes of coffee and learn to pick out common flavor notes on your own.
